Terms of Service

JustMock turns a reference image and a few options into AI-generated product mockups, and can optionally push the result to stores you connect. The service evolves over time, so specific features, limits, and plans may change.

• You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. One account is for one person — don’t share credentials.
• The information you give me must be accurate and kept up to date.

• JustMock offers a free trial and paid monthly plans with a set mockup budget per billing period. Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record (the reseller) for purchases. Your payment and tax details are handled by Lemon Squeezy under their terms; I don’t store your card details.
• Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account (Manage subscription) — cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current period.
• Unused mockups don’t roll over to the next period. Prices may change; I’ll give notice of changes that affect an active subscription before they take effect.

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

When using JustMock, you agree not to:

• Upload content you don’t have the rights to, or generate content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, or that is illegal, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
• Abuse the service — for example, creating multiple accounts to get around trial or usage limits, automating bulk requests, or reselling access.
• Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer the underlying prompts, presets, or models, or otherwise probe the service to recreate it.
• Interfere with the service’s security or disrupt it for other users.

• You own what you upload.You keep all rights to the artwork and reference images you provide, and you’re responsible for having the rights to use them.
• You grant me a limited license to process your uploads as needed to run the service — including sending them to the AI providers that generate your mockups.
• The mockups are yours to use. Subject to these terms, the mockups JustMock generates for you are yours to use for your own products and listings.
• The prompts and presets are mine.The prompt templates, presets, and the way the service composes them are JustMock’s intellectual property. You get the results, not the recipe.

When you connect Etsy or Pinterest, you also agree to their terms, and JustMock acts only on your instruction. Mockups are produced by third-party AI providers (currently Fal.ai and Google’s Gemini image models), which process your inputs under their own terms. JustMock isn’t responsible for those third parties’ services or outages.

AI-generated results vary and aren’t guaranteed to be accurate, suitable, or error-free. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. You’re responsible for reviewing any mockup before you use it in your shop.

To the extent allowed by law, JustMock and its founder won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales. Total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. I may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or harm. If your account is terminated, sections that should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.

I may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, where the founder operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
