Refund Policy

Effective date: May 23, 2026

I want you to actually find JustMock useful — not feel stuck paying for something that isn’t working for you. Here’s how refunds work. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.

Try it free first

Every account starts with a free trial, so you can see what JustMock does before you pay anything. Because the trial lets you test the service first, paid plans are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts — but read on, because I’m reasonable about it.

When I’ll refund you

  • Something broke on my end.If the service didn’t work as described and I couldn’t fix it for you, email me and I’ll refund the affected payment.
  • You barely used it. If you upgraded by mistake or changed your mind, reach out within 7 daysof the charge and I’ll refund it as long as you’ve generated only a small number of mockups that period. Each mockup has a real generation cost, so refunds aren’t available once most of a period’s budget has been used.
  • Duplicate or accidental charge. Always refunded.

What isn’t refundable

  • Periods where most of the mockup budget has already been generated (the cost is already incurred).
  • Past billing periods on a subscription you forgot to cancel — but cancel anytime and you won’t be billed again.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime from your account under Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

How to request a refund

Email support@justmock.com from your account email with a short note about what happened. I’ll reply quickly. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for purchases, back to your original payment method — banks usually take a few business days to post it.

Your statutory rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional refund or cancellation rights under local consumer law. This policy doesn’t take those away.
