Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 21, 2026

JustMock (“JustMock”, “the service”, “I”) is a tool that helps print-on-demand sellers generate product mockups, draft Pinterest pins, and publish them to connected stores such as Etsy. JustMock is operated by an individual founder. This policy explains what data the service collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email privacy@justmock.com.

1. Information I collect

I collect only what is needed to run the service:

  • Account information — your email address, used to create and sign you in to your account.
  • Content you provide — reference images and artwork you upload, plus the design names, descriptions, and tags you enter to generate mockups and pin copy.
  • Generated content — the mockup images JustMock produces for you, pin drafts, and a log of each generation (the options chosen, model used, and cost) so you can see your own history.
  • Connected-account data — when you connect Etsy or Pinterest, JustMock stores the authorization tokens those services issue and accesses the account data you authorize (see sections 4 and 5).
  • Technical data — a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a bot-protection check on sign-in/sign-up. I do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

2. How I use your information

  • To create your account and authenticate you.
  • To generate mockups and pin/listing copy from the inputs you provide.
  • To publish content to the stores you connect, at your request (for example, adding a mockup to an Etsy listing or drafting a Pinterest pin).
  • To show you your own generation history and manage usage limits.
  • To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
  • To respond to your support requests.

I do not sell your personal data, and I do not use the content you upload to train AI models of my own.

3. AI image generation

To produce a mockup, the reference image and the generated prompt are sent to third-party AI image providers (currently Fal.ai and Google’s Gemini image models) that perform the generation and return the result. These providers process the data to fulfill the request and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. JustMock does not use your images to train any models.

4. Pinterest data

If you connect a Pinterest account, you authorize JustMock to access your Pinterest data through the official Pinterest API solely to provide the features you use — for example, drafting and publishing pins on your behalf and reading the boards and account details needed to do so.

  • JustMock only requests the Pinterest permissions required for the features you enable, and only acts on your explicit instruction.
  • Pinterest access tokens are stored to maintain your connection and are never sold or shared for advertising.
  • JustMock’s use of information received from the Pinterest API adheres to the Pinterest Developer Guidelines and Terms, including their limited-use requirements.
  • You can disconnect Pinterest at any time from the app’s settings or by revoking access in your Pinterest account settings. On disconnect, JustMock deletes the stored Pinterest tokens.

5. Etsy data

If you connect an Etsy shop, you authorize JustMock to access your Etsy listings and images through the official Etsy API, only to provide the features you use — such as loading a listing’s images as references, editing listing details, and adding generated mockups to a listing. Etsy access tokens are stored to maintain the connection. You can disconnect Etsy at any time from settings, which deletes the stored tokens.

6. Service providers I share data with

JustMock relies on a small set of trusted infrastructure providers (sub-processors) that process data on my behalf to run the service:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (account data, images, generation history).
  • Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
  • Fal.ai and Google (Gemini) — AI mockup generation.
  • Cloudflare — bot-protection on authentication forms.
  • Etsy and Pinterest — only when you connect those accounts, and only for the actions you request.

I share data with these providers only as needed to operate the service, and with authorities if required by law. I do not sell personal data.

7. Data retention and deletion

I keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your designs, mockups, and pins from within the app, and you can disconnect any linked store at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email privacy@justmock.com and I will remove it promptly. Backups are purged on a rolling basis.

8. Security

Data is stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access tokens for connected accounts are stored on a per-user basis and access is restricted to your own account. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of these, email privacy@justmock.com.

10. Data location

The service’s primary database is hosted in the European Union. If you access JustMock from another region, your data may be processed in the EU and other locations where the service providers above operate.

11. Children

JustMock is a tool for sellers and is not directed at children. It is not intended for anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
